Connection

for career support

According to the American Psychological Association, mentoring is correlated to important career outcomes such as higher salary level, promotion rate, and job satisfaction. Everyone deserves the chance to have access to this important career management tool, which is why Salesforce’s Office of Accessibility created a dedicated Mentorship Program for people with disabilities: The Workforce Navigators Mentoring Program.

The Workforce Navigators Mentoring Program offers career support to people with disabilities who are exploring roles within the ecosystem, working towards Salesforce certification, or already certified. The virtual program provides monthly connection with a Salesforce employee, hands-on activities to prepare for career exploration, and access support for the application and interview process. Both mentors and mentees are welcome to apply.
