Mentorship
Program

Connection Matters

According to the American Psychological Association, mentoring is correlated to important career outcomes such as higher salary level, promotion rate, and job satisfaction. Everyone deserves the chance to have access to this important career management tool, which is why Salesforce’s Office of Accessibility created a dedicated Mentorship Program for people with disabilities: The Workforce Navigators Mentorship Program.

Mentor Eligibility Criteria

  • Reside in the U.S. or Canada
  • Have been a Salesforce employee for at least one year.
  • Be in good standing
  • Understand that this is a volunteer role
  • Complete Workforce Navigators Mentor Trail

Mentor Commitment

Becoming a mentor is both a rewarding and enriching experience for Salesforce employees. It’s also a commitment. If you can make the time, we can find a match:

  • Meet two hours per month with mentee
  • Review and provide insight into mentee’s short-term and long-term career goals
  • Provide suggestions and give feedback on resume
  • Conduct mock interview and anticipated questions
  • Share career experiences and answer questions
