Mentorship
Program
We’re looking for Salesforce trailblazers who want to be a part of our Workforce Navigators Mentorship Program. Salesforce employees have the chance to volunteer to mentor people with disabilities who are pursuing roles within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Becoming a mentor through the Workforce Navigators Mentorship Program is a great way to take advantage of your Volunteer Time Off (VTO) benefit with Salesforce.
Connection Matters
According to the American Psychological Association, mentoring is correlated to important career outcomes such as higher salary level, promotion rate, and job satisfaction. Everyone deserves the chance to have access to this important career management tool, which is why Salesforce’s Office of Accessibility created a dedicated Mentorship Program for people with disabilities: The Workforce Navigators Mentorship Program.
