Due to popular demand, we are thrilled to announce a follow-up presentation with Camiel Hayes from the Center for Independent Living. In the first workshop, Camiel introduced the foundational aspects of disability disclosure and the process of requesting reasonable accommodations on the job. Participants gained a clear understanding of their rights under the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act), learned the best practices for when and how to disclose a disability, and saw valuable examples of accommodations that foster both accessibility and equity. The session covered the crucial responsibilities of employers and offer practical strategies for building truly inclusive workplaces. When you sign-up you will be sent a link to view the first presentation. We strongly encourage you to attend and come prepared with your questions for Camiel.
