Breaking into the Salesforce ecosystem can be challenging without prior on-the-job experience. This presentation will explore effective strategies for acquiring and showcasing practical Salesforce skills, even before securing your first Salesforce role.
Kelly Hamilton is a Senior Quality Manager on the Trailhead team at Salesforce. Her career has evolved from a part-time, minimum wage receptionist with limited technology skills to a 10x certified Salesforce Application Architect. She had a lot of help along the way and is honored to mentor and give back in a variety of workforce development programs in the Salesforce community. Kelly is a firm believer in creating opportunities for others and she’s proud to say she’s helped many individuals start and advance their Salesforce careers.

A George Washington University alumna with a BA in English, Tiffany is a dynamic leader in inclusive design and accessibility. She excels in developing impactful marketing strategies, executive-level programming, events, and content that connects with diverse groups. Her work includes successful collaborations with Dove, Microsoft, the Office of DC Mayor Muriel Bowser, Coppertone, SiriusXM, and more.
